Day Trip Tarangire National Park

0800 - Pick up from Arusha and begin the 2 hour drive to Tarangire National Park

1030 - Morning game viewing in Tarangire National Park. Tarangire has a wonderful concentration of wildlife. During certain months, many of the migratory species come back to the waters of Tarangire River, from which the Park derives its name. Large herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, eland and oryx gather until the beginning of the rains when they migrate to other areas for grazing.

1300 - Enjoy lunch inside the park.

1430 - Continue with your game viewing experience in Tarangire

1600 - Depart for Arusha

1800 - Arrive back in Arusha town.
